I grew up here in Florida… but now, as a husband and a dad, I see it through a whole new lens.

Here’s what I love most about raising my family in Florida year-round:

1️⃣ The sunsets hit different — and not just at the beach.

You don’t need a waterfront view to appreciate the sky here. The colors show up in your own backyard, on your evening walk, or through the window as you’re cleaning up dinner. It’s a daily reminder to pause and take it in.

2️⃣ Indoor/outdoor living is just… how we live.

We leave the doors open. The kids bounce between the yard and the kitchen. Hosting friends feels natural, and being outside is part of our routine — not an event. It completely changes how you experience your home.

3️⃣ It helps you focus on what matters.

There’s something about the slower pace, the sunshine, and the simplicity that brings you back to the moment. You start to really enjoy your people. Phones down, eyes up, and laughter in the background — this is what makes life so full.

Florida isn’t just palm trees and vacation vibes — it’s a place where you can raise a family, enjoy your home, and reconnect with the things that matter most.
